Práticas Colaborativas no Canadá: bibliografia preliminar

A pesquisa acerca das referências bibliográficas sobre a advocacia colaborativa no Canadá pode vir a surpreender quem se interesse pelo tema. Apesar de haver, em território canadense, uma maior quantidade de livros publicados quando em comparação à Austrália, por exemplo, o número de artigos e demais publicações oriundas de juristas canadenses é relativamente baixo considerando o estágio de evolução das práticas no país, que é tido como avançado.
